Shipping Information

We ship all of our orders through the United State Postal Service. We use both First Class and Priority Mail shipping methods, which are delivered 6 days a week. Upon being processed, orders take between 3-5 business days to arrive at its destination. Sales receipt and product washing instructions are included with every order

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order.  Orders greater than $50 ship Free! 

Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted if a product is faulty or shipped incorrectly.  In the event of a return, the customer must notify Creative Customizing within 30 days of being purchased and must not yet have been washed. We are not responsible for any misspelling or product size ordering mistakes made by our customers. In the case of a return please obtain an RMA number by emailing us at admin@dramapatrol.com . Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. Once you have received your RMA number, please write it on a conspicuous place on the outside of the return package.
